Overview
Mayfair Cabinets & Stone has outfitted kitchens and bathrooms across the Inland Empire for over a decade, building a customer database of 18,000+ past clients along the way. Almost none of them had heard from Mayfair since their project finished.
The Challenge
A home remodel happens once every several years for most homeowners — but Mayfair's past customers are also the people most likely to refer friends, leave reviews, or come back for a second project. None of that was being captured. The database existed; nothing was being done with it.
The Strategy
We segmented the 18,000+ contacts by project type, project age, and engagement history, then built an email and SMS program with a different message for each segment — review requests shortly after project completion, seasonal maintenance tips for older customers, and referral incentives for the most engaged contacts.
