Excellent food and loyal regulars, but invisible to the much larger audience searching for Korean food online for the first time. We built the local SEO and review presence to capture that demand.
Overview
The Dae-Mun has built a loyal following for its Korean food through years of consistent quality — but that following came almost entirely from word of mouth, while the much larger pool of people searching online for Korean restaurants nearby rarely found them.
The Challenge
An outdated Google Business Profile with old photos and inconsistent hours, very few reviews relative to the restaurant's actual quality, and a website that didn't reflect the current menu or atmosphere.
The Strategy
We focused on the highest-leverage local discovery channel — Google Business Profile and reviews — getting the basics right first, then building a consistent, low-effort process for collecting reviews from the loyal regulars already eating there every week.
